耐高温输送带皮带的橡胶材料选择!

随着社会生产效率的提高,输送带越来越广泛地应用于物料运输行业。然而,耐高温的传送带由于其恶劣的工作环境通常具有较短的使用寿命。为了提高耐高温输送带的耐高温性能,延长其使用寿命,从耐高温输送带覆盖橡胶材料方面研究了丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和硅橡胶耐高温性能的提高,并从粘合层橡胶材料方面开发了芳纶帆布粘合层橡胶。为了提高丁苯橡胶的耐热性,研究了硫化体系及与三元乙丙橡胶的共混。

  With the improvement of social production efficiency, conveyor belt is more and more widely used in material transportation industry. However, the high temperature resistant conveyor belt usually has a short service life due to its harsh working environment. In order to improve the high temperature resistance and extend the service life of high temperature conveyor belt, the high temperature resistance of SBR, EPDM and silicone rubber was studied from the aspect of covering rubber material of high temperature conveyor belt, and the aramid canvas adhesive layer rubber was developed from the aspect of adhesive layer rubber material. In order to improve the heat resistance of SBR, vulcanization system and blending with EPDM were studied.



  丁苯橡胶用过氧化二异丙苯硫化,老化后保留率高,但机械强度低。无硫硫化体系硫化的丁苯橡胶具有较好的力学性能和耐热老化性能。丁苯橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶的结合能提高丁苯橡胶的耐热性,但丁苯橡胶的机械强度和耐磨性下降。为了提高三元乙丙橡胶的抗老化开裂性能,将三元乙丙橡胶/FKM共混物与氟橡胶一起使用。

  SBR vulcanized with diisopropylperoxide has high retention rate but low mechanical strength after aging. SBR vulcanized by sulfur free vulcanization system has better mechanical properties and heat aging resistance. The combination of SBR and EPDM can improve the heat resistance of SBR, but the mechanical strength and wear resistance of SBR decrease. In order to improve the cracking resistance of three EPR, three EPR /FKM blends were used together with fluorine rubber.

  为了制备能在200以上长期使用的耐高温输送带产品,选用硅橡胶作为输送带的覆盖材料。通过使用过氧化二异丙苯硫化和气相二氧化硅与沉淀二氧化硅的结合,制备的硅橡胶拉伸强度达到9MPa以上。

  在175老化14天后,拉伸强度保持率达到80%以上,解决了硅橡胶与聚酯帆布的粘接问题。在聚酯帆布的表面涂覆由多元醇、硅烷偶联剂、羟基硅油等制备的热硫化粘合剂,或者直接在硅橡胶中加入粘合剂体系,使硅橡胶与聚酯帆布的粘合强度达到6.8N/mm,聚酯帆布表面的粘合剂附着率为100%。选用高强耐高温芳纶帆布作为骨架材料,充油三元乙丙橡胶和天然橡胶一起使用,制备的粘合层橡胶材料与芳纶帆布的粘合强度达到15.6牛顿/毫米,粘合层与覆盖层的粘合强度达到25牛顿/毫米;在175老化96小时后,粘合层与覆盖层之间的粘合强度仍达到9.3N/mm,粘合层与帆布层之间的粘合强度达到6.8N/mm:在175时,粘合层与覆盖层之间的粘合强度达到8.3N/mm,粘合层与帆布层之间的粘合强度达到2.4N/mm。保定京博橡胶生产的耐高温输送带已被客户使用一年多,未出现任何问题。

The adhesive strength of the prepared adhesive layer rubber material and aramid canvas is up to fifteen point six Newton / mm, the bonding strength between the adhesive layer and the covering layer reaches 25 Newton / mm; after 175 aging for 96 hours, the bonding strength between the adhesive layer and the covering layer still reaches 9.3N/mm , gluing The adhesive strength between the layer and canvas layer is up to 6.8N/mm : at 175, the bonding strength between the adhesive layer and the covering layer reaches 8.3N/mm , the adhesive strength between the adhesive layer and the canvas layer reaches 2.4N/mm 。 The high temperature resistant conveyor belt produced by Jingbo rubber in Baoding has been used by customers for more than one year without any problems.
