覆盖层的选择包括覆盖材料、表面形态和厚度。



The selection of covering layer includes covering material, surface morphology and thickness.

覆盖层的主要成分是各种橡胶和塑料,在大多数气候情况下,橡胶能在倾角不大于18°的条件下正常工作,而PVC胶带正常运行的倾角在12°以下。PVC不如橡胶的回弹性好,但有较好的阻燃性、卸料性和清洗性。各种橡胶的性能差别也很大,如天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶有很好的吸能与抗磨性;乙丙橡胶特别耐热;丁氰橡胶的耐油性好;丙丁基橡胶既耐热又耐氧化化学作用。所以,选择何种类型型号的覆盖材料,必须根据输送物料的种类、运行条件和工作环境来综合考虑。

The main components of covering layer are all kinds of rubber and plastics. In most climate conditions, rubber can work normally under the condition of inclination angle no more than 18 ° while PVC tape can operate normally under 12 ° angle. The resilience of PVC is not as good as that of rubber, but it has better flame retardancy, discharge property and cleaning property. The properties of various rubbers are also very different. For example, natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber have good energy absorption and wear resistance; ethylene propylene rubber is particularly heat-resistant; nitrile butadiene rubber has good oil resistance; and propylene butyl rubber is both heat-resistant and oxidation resistant. Therefore, the selection of covering materials must be based on the types of materials, operating conditions and working environment.

覆盖层厚度的增加有利于提高输送带的耐冲击与抗磨性能。特别是当今棉帆布带芯已被合成纤维织物带芯取代。带芯的性能已大大提高,而厚度相对减薄,为使输送带的整体性能全面提高,有必要相应地提高覆盖层厚度,以充分发挥其优点,提高输送带的使用寿命。但是下覆盖层过厚使输送带的运行阻力变大。

The increase of covering layer thickness is beneficial to improve the impact resistance and wear resistance of conveyor belt. In particular, the core of cotton canvas has been replaced by synthetic fiber fabric. The performance of the belt core has been greatly improved, but the thickness is relatively thin. In order to improve the overall performance of the conveyor belt, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the covering layer to give full play to its advantages and prolong the service life of the conveyor belt. But the lower covering layer is too thick, which makes the running resistance of the conveyor belt increase.

设计覆盖层厚度的依据是磨损速度、受料条件、覆盖层的耐热性、抗冲击以及输送带的运转周期。表1是通常覆盖层厚度的取值。

The thickness of covering layer is designed on the basis of wear rate, material receiving condition, heat resistance, impact resistance and running period of conveyor belt. Table 1 shows the values of common overburden thickness.

输送带的接头

输送带的接头型式,应根据输送带类型和带式输送机的特性进行选择:

The joint type of conveyor belt shall be selected according to the type of conveyor belt and the characteristics of belt conveyor

钢丝绳芯输送带应采用硫化接头;

Vulcanized joint shall be used for steel cord conveyor belt;

多层织物芯输送带宜采用硫化接头;

Vulcanized joint should be used for multi-layer fabric core conveyor belt;

织物整芯输送带宜采用胶粘接头,也可采用机械接头。

The adhesive joint or mechanical joint should be used for the whole fabric conveyor belt.

输送带硫化接头的形式:分层织物芯输送带宜采用阶梯接头;钢丝绳芯输送带可根据拉伸强度等级采用一级或多级硫化接头。

The form of vulcanization joint of conveyor belt: the ladder joint should be used for layered fabric core conveyor belt; the one-stage or multi-stage vulcanization joint can be used for steel cord conveyor belt according to the tensile strength grade.

输送带的安全系数

应根据不同条件选择输送带的安全系数:即一般带式输送机,钢丝绳芯输送带的安全系数可为7-9;当对输送机采取可控软启动、制动措施时,可取5-7。
